Structured and balanced with pear, lemon zest, and baking spice held together with a round texture and a fresh finish.
Clonal Selection: French Clone 76. Canopy: Vertical Shoot Positioning; cane pruned. Soil: Deep, stone-free soil formed by sandy fluvioglacial deposits; loamy sand; slightly acidic. Climate: Arid region; warmer temperatures in the late afternoon along ridge side; somewhat frost prone.
