*2022 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc Organic
An incredibly bright wine highlighted by notes of citrus fruit, green grassy attributes, and an undertone of tropical fruit. The fruit from our 2022 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc came from Black Sage Bench (47%) and Osoyoos East (53%). Each vineyard has a distinct microclimate lending unique flavour characteristics to the varietal before it becomes part of the final blend.
The illustration on our Reserve label is an original architect sketch from Tom Kundig when he and Proprietor Anthony von Mandl were designing the winery. The renowned Bell Tower is the focal point surrounded by the hillside where our winery sits.
