FRITZI’S VINEYARD
On the brow of Mt. Boucherie, a dormant volcano in West Kelowna, is a small, steep vineyard. Deposits of shattered, quartz-laced rock left behind during the glacial melt impart a distinct flavour to the wine. This Riesling block faces south east, soaking in the sun’s reflection off of Okanagan Lake.
