The name, Western Trail, was selected in deference to the activities and path of the gold miners, the brigadiers, the cattle ranchers, and the orchardists who travelled north and south through the region along the area called Richter Pass where the vineyards are now located in West Osoyoos. We admire their pioneering spirit and use that as inspiration as we move forward in our fourth decade of wine exploration in this region. Image No.34 is one of the cattle gates amongst the vines located on the vineyard estate. Barrels produced: 18
