Details
You will receive 6 bottles of wine, 3 times each year – in March, June, and October.
3 membership tiers are available and vary by the selection of wines offered in each shipment. Terroir members are allocated 1 bottle of Oculus per shipment and Legacy members are allocated 2 bottles of Oculus per shipment.Wines in each package are curated for the season and we hope you enjoy varietals that you may not have tried otherwise. However, we do invite you to modify or add wines to your package.
Membership requires a minimum commitment of 3 shipments.
Billing and Payment
Members are billed for the wines in each shipment, approximately 2 weeks prior to the scheduled shipment date. There are no additional membership fees. If you choose to modify or add wines to the shipment, billing will reflect the changes made.
To ensure timely processing, please ensure the billing address on your account matches the address registered with your credit card.
Membership is ongoing and will auto-renew after the minimum 3 shipments unless specified otherwise to membership@missionhillwinery.com.
Shipping
Members enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders of 6 bottles or more year round, including annual shipments.
Packages will begin shipping approximately 2 weeks after billing and delivered by our courier partner, ATS Healthcare. A tracking number will be generated to you via email and may be used on the ATS website here. We encourage you to use a business address as someone 19 years or older must sign upon delivery (no exceptions).
Pick Up
Shipments are also available for pick up at the winery. We will hold packages at the winery for 6 weeks after the shipment date. To request an extended holding period, please contact us at (250) 707-2277.
Cancellation
Upon sign up, members commit to a minimum of three shipments, after which any cancellation requests must be sent in in writing via email to membership@missionhillwinery.com. All requests must be received at least 30 days prior to the scheduled shipment.
